  YMCA YCAP (YMCA community action project) is an intense intervention program for at risk youth ages 10-14 who are referred through Juvenile Court or School Councilors. My responsibilities as Program Director are to initiate and set goals according to the objectives of our Board of Directors, develop programming year round, create evaluation strategies to monitor success and need for improvement, supervise staff and volunteers, build connections with businesses and organizations in and outside of our community to gain resources for our program to utilize, fundraise, and report to senior management and our Board of Directors.
