      • I was the sole HR person for 40+ employees in K&K • I Implemented innovative employee incentive program which was directly linked to a 90% performance increase in employees. • Advised line managers on organisational policy matters and recommend productive changes on an ongoing basis – this included regular update training in areas such as technology or conflict management. • I created the on-boarding process that is now running in K&K, prior to this there was none – it included steps from legal requirements and documentation, induction and orientation, ensuring IT and payroll are aware, introductory staff/team lunch, appropriate training etc. • I conducted new employee orientation/training and was the point of contact for conflicts for all stakeholders. • Identified staff vacancies and managed sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing of candidates.
