I am working as a part of the Program for Undergraduate Research (PURE) in Sabanci University on the project named "Communication- theoric models for intra/inter cellular metabolic/signal transduction pathways in bacteria". This project aims to understand and make the linkage between a real life cell or organism and a circuit by means of the signal they are transmitting. Matlab modeling as well as mathematical modeling by hand are tried to be achieved as a result. A RLC circuit model will also be added to the thesis report at the end. Show less
