I had the pleasure to be apart of hiring and onboarding Candyce and from the very first interaction I felt her passion, vigor and drive for excellence. I also had the opportunity to be her peer and Candyce is a leader that is very clear on what she stands for, her brand and that is infectious for those that encounter her. Whatever role or capacity she is in , she will be a change agent and raise the bar of what others even conceptualize they are able to deliver.

Candyce is a strategic thought leader that is passionate about people's experience. Her authentic and genuine spirit allows her to lead with purpose and intent. Candyce was my Sr. Area Director at WeWork and I was one of her Community Managers in Texas. She was able to unite us to focus on driving performance, while enhancing our personal development. She was instrumental in being a change agent for Texas and shifting the focus to think bigger and broader. She challenged us to find creative solutions to our business and focus on being really good at things we could control, especially the member experience. Candyce is the type of leader that makes you feel a part of something bigger. Candyce was incremental in my personal/professional growth and I'm beyond grateful to have crossed paths with her. If you are looking for a leader that is transparent, leans in and creates an environment of inclusiveness, you definitely need her on your team. Any organization would benefit from having her and I highly recommend her to take on any challenge you set before her!

Candyce was my Area Director while I was an Area Community Manager with WeWork. She came on board and brought her diverse skill set of leadership and operations efficiency to the table. The vibe with Candyce was very much a collaborative one with open and honest feedback, coaching on business acumen, and member experience celebrations. One of my favorite memories with Candyce was our Texas Leadership Summit that we hosted in Houston. Candyce prepared an agenda that was impactful which included unique ways of looking at P&L, honest talent assessment and calibration, mentorship guiding, and the perfect mix of compassion versus accountability. I would highly recommend Candyce to anyone seeking a Leader that stands by their team, will move the business forward, and creating an environment of inclusion. She encouraged me to always be myself even if that meant standing alone, and I will always appreciate that.
