Candy's attention to detail, tenacity, and ever-positive energy made my experiences as a Randstad contractor delightful. I would not hesitate to work with her in the future. She is, by far, The Best Recruiter(TM) I've ever known.

Andy Fields

Candy Dallosta has a sweet first name and a correspondingly warm personality that makes you wish your all-business phone screen with her could last forever. Candy especially has an eagle-eye tenacity for ensuring that a contractor is emailed whenever a suitable req comes across her desk that they have reasonable chances of filling. Unlike some recruiters nowadays, for the greater benefit of her clients, agency and contractors, Candy is one hiring professional who knows HOW to see the glass as half-full instead of half-empty. Candy's the kind of recruiter who you dream of making very proud of your performance and making her glad that she was the one to present you. My only "concern" about Candy Dallosta is that, if another agency should sweep her away from her current situaation with a well-deserved offer, I can know immediately how and where to reach her in that new opportunity.
