I worked with Candy at Exeter College, Oxford, where she was Executive Assistant to the Rector (head of the college). We worked together across departments to manage relationships with alumni and HNW individuals, and to schedule a busy programme of fundraising and stewardship events for the Rector and his wife to attend. Candy is a talented and supportive colleague with the ability to make the right calls at speed and under pressure. She does so calmly and efficiently, leading to timely and positive outcomes. Furthermore, Candy's proactive and 'hands on' attitude mean that she is prepared to put the work in to get things done, even where it does not exactly sit within her remit. Candy's communication and relationship management skills are also an asset to her. Her role at Exeter College required her to work with many different departments inside and outside the College in order to manage the Rector's diary. She also worked with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that organisational priorities were met and the Rector's time was efficiently used. On a more personal note, Candy did all of the above with good humour. She was a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend her to a prospective employer.

Candice and I volunteered together when leading a Brownie Pack. We volunteered together for over a decade. Candice has supported myself and the other leaders, working with us to plan and deliver weekly Brownie meetings. In particular, she was responsible for running our Brownie weekends away, which took a lot of planning, organisation, safeguarding knowledge, and adaptability to change when issues arose.
