Candice and I worked together only for 11 months but I learned so, so much from her. From Day 1, she was so obviously the person that everyone went to with questions that were beyond the scope of her role. In the rare instance she didn't have the answer: she knew who to ask or would take time out of her day to help me find it. I've heard people refer to people like Candice as "unicorn employees." She has a human-first approach to everything, and always made sure everyone in the (virtual) room felt comfortable and safe to speak openly. She wasn't afraid to challenge ideas and was committed to finding the best/right way to do something versus sticking with the status quo just because that's how it's always been done. She was a fantastic teammate and I miss working with her every day!

A driven, passionate, and perceptive colleague, Candice is quick on her feet and solution oriented.
