Adam Koblenz Volt Power Company (Formerly T&D Solutions LLC) August 10, 2020 Dear Prospective Employer: Candi LeBlanc joined the Billing Support team at T&D Solutions in April 2016 based in Alexandria, LA. During her 2.5 years at the Company (became Volt Power in May 2018), she took on a variety of roles. She was promoted in March 2017 to help oversee the training of our Customer Billing team. In this capacity, Candi was responsible for the accuracy of not only our accounting system, but also the data being entered into our customer’s systems including Duke Energy, Southern Companies, Magic Valley Electric and others. As the head of our Billing Support team, she was responsible for biller training in both our system as well as the customer systems. To facilitate this training, she would be required to travel to our offices in Texas, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Florida. Whether it was two days or 3 weeks, she would not leave until our employees were comfortable with what was required. Shortly after the announcement of the merger of T&D with our office in Alabama, it was decided that our billing functions would be centralized in the Alabama office, thus eliminating several billing positions across the T&D footprint. As a result of this change, a Billing trainer was hired in the Alabama office, effectively eliminating Candi’s position. Had the corporate changes not taken place, Candi would still be with us for the foreseeable future. Candi’s personality, ambition, and desire to help others would be a tremendous asset to any company. Sincerely, Adam Koblenz Senior Finance Manager

Receptionist, Abstract Shooter and Escrow Assistant
-
May 2004 - Jul 2004
At Lawyer's title I had many roles. I started out as a receptionist answering the telephones, taking messages, and basic clerical tasks. I moved to abstract shooting were we put together files for closing. During my last month, I started helping out the Escrow officers by preparing files for closing. This included calling lenders for payoff amounts and verifying all information provided by the buyers and sellers. At Lawyer's title I had many roles.
