I had the opportunity to work with Candela while I was doing the research for my PhD. Candela is very well organized and has great analytical skills which were really useful when we were trying to analyze a huge amount of qualitative and quantitative data coming from our case study projects in Brasil . In addition, she is very focused on fulfilling objectives and able to find solutions under difficult circumstances as the ones that you usually face while working with development projects.
