Candelaria and I work together regularly on large-scale projects that position the library as an important asset in our community and increase engagement with library services. Her strategic approach to those projects has been important to many successful outcomes. Additionally, she has been integral in building many important partnerships for the organization and has served as a leadership representative to the media, in both English and Spanish, on a regular basis to speak to those projects. She is a dynamic leader and has been an inspiration as I continue to develop my skillsets and learn from her as a colleague.
