Candace began her career here at the helpdesk and then moved to the supervisor of the helpdesk. In the last year, she was promoted to project manager reporting directly to me. Candace has really proven her innate abilities this year. I have challenged her with the worst of projects - project manager on an ERP project that hasn't gone well. Her tenacity and dedication has been nothing short of impressive. What this project has shown me is exactly how quickly she picks up a new area of technology. In very little time, weeks not months, she was able to be the major contributor to getting our portion of the implementation back on track.
