  As a training specialist I lead several trainings as well as training classes. We are also responsible for creating and keeping current curriculum up-to-date. This includes managing manual updates and keeping resources correct and available to all employees. As a team we also manage our e-learning system BVS - creating curriculums, assigning yearly courses, and keeping the employee records up-to-date.

  Supervised a teller line of 5 tellers. I completed daily duties which included pulling morning reports and tracking transactions and outages for each member of my team. This also led to monthly and quartly duties involving reporting and shred schedules. During the work day I worked along side my co-workers doing basic teller transactions and building relationships with our members.
