I have over 15 years of experience in HR and have been a leader for various companies over the past 12 years. Among the employees I have worked with and under, Candace stands out for her efficiency and professionalism, attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills. Over the 10 years that I have known and worked with Candace, she has consistently met or exceeded all professional goals, including performance and training management goals and satisfactorily completing training requirement events. I have also been extremely impressed with her dedication to improving her skills — she completed many internal and external leadership courses and certifications over the last few years to make her the very best in her field. Candace has also been effectively implementing the skills she learned by making sure her team around her has the most up to date knowledge as well. In addition, I simply cannot say enough about her interpersonal skills — her ability to remain calm when dealing with upset managers and employees has made her one of the most valuable members of all of the organizations that she has been a part of. While I miss working with Candace, I am absolutely sure that she has been and will be an excellent fit and an asset to any organization that she decides to become a part of.

Candace was a phenomenal mentor and leader while I was under her at Allscripts. She provided insight on how to be an engaging, passionate leader in and outside of the company. She was diligent and hard working, always doing more than expected to ensure everyone was able to gain the most out of every interaction with her! As one of my first mentors in my professional career, her motivation and positive mentality helped shape me into a better leader today as I was able to carry similar qualities that she taught me.
