● Purchasing of raw materials and trade goods were added to my responsibility.● Receives requisition for raw materials from production plants based on monthly sales forecast from BU; orders the required items according to the procurement guideline.● Follows up the orders with suppliers to ensure delivery time and quality.● Follows the complaint management procedure in case of any deviation to the order (quality, quantity, packaging etc.)● Develops and maintains the vendor master data for correctness.● Establishes and maintain savings databases to track our savings compared to offered prices for RM.● Searches alternative raw materials for saving and new raw materials for new developments.● Communicates the procurement process and guideline to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.● Negotiates various contracts with vendors on quality, price and delivery.● Manages contracts, coordinates with legal department, identification the needs for templates.● Interface with Production Plant Planner and Manager in the area of raw material demand and purchase requisition.● Interface with Sales for trade goods demand.● Interface with Impex to follow up on shipping details, documents and delivery delays for imported products.● Responsible for preparing monthly cost analysis of raw materials, traded goods for the SAP cost system.● Creates purchasing orders and calculates all order costs.● Prepares and updates reports, records and pricing lists.● Works with other teams for cross-departmental work.
