      -Health- Taught general health, created a nutrition course that was adopted into the health department in 2013 which I also taught -PE- Taught adaptive PE as well as the female athletic weights and conditioning course. This course was designed for female varsity athletes to help build strength and improve agility and speed through Olympic style and free weight exercises, flexibility, plyometrics, and speed development programs.
