I will never forget the excellent teaching Camille did for my daughter and other homeschool students. They attended arts events and wrote reviews. As a mom, I learned a lot, too!

Susannah Schouweiler

I've been one of Camille's arts editors for a couple of years now--she writes for mnartists.org primarily on architecture and dance, with occasional forays into visual arts coverage for us. Simply put, she's an invaluable writer in my roster. Whatever topic Camille takes on for us, she hits it with verve and incisive thinking. She's got an agile mind and a voracious interest in her subject matter--if you assign Camille a piece, you can be sure she'll file something thoughtfully considered, well-researched, and even-handed, rife with ideas both sophisticated and accessible to a general reader. Her published criticism has been fiery but fair--no straw men, just straight talk. All that and she's a consummate professional about the business side of publishing--just a delight to work with. I don't know what I'd do without her, frankly.
