One of my key responsibilities was to perform market research and evaluate non-profit training programs. Through this process, I gained valuable insights into pricing strategies, helping Micro Rainbow determine the most marketable rates for their services. This experience sharpened my analytical skills and allowed me to contribute to the organization's sustainable growth and long-term impact. Furthermore, my internship at Micro Rainbow provided me with a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQI+ asylum seekers and refugees.
