Led or collaborate on 3 main projects to drive major changes in the group, on HR and Digital Transformation subjects.*Took over the Recruitment and Employer Brand project which main goal was to improve the recruitment processes and to increase the candidates and recruiters experience. If I hadn't choosen HR studies after my master degree in French literature, I would have become a teacher. I love teaching and training and learning. But as a private teacher, I met many pupils who were discouraged, because they have too many difficulties in class. I met parents that were desperate and who expected too much from me.
