I had the great pleasure of working with Camille in setting up a business meeting recently. The team I support was having an offsite in Tampa and I planning this from Virginia, with no plans to be onsite for the final event. Camille was a gem - she got me the contract, menus, BOE, rooms etc. very quickly and was extremely responsive to all of my questions and change requests. She made sure the team was taken care of the day of the event. She offered to help me with some other issues that I was experiencing that were in no way in her job jar and she was always pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating - THAT is customer service!
