Being a part of a family business allows me to work closely with family and friends. There is a strong bond between CAP’s colleagues. Therefore, we are able to react fast in an ever-changing market. At Cap I am in charge of a wide variety of tasks: - I provide a personalized service where clients are offered the best holiday homes in the most beautiful parts of Italy, France, Spain, Ibiza, Morocco, ... - Since the merger of Fronzita and Cap, I also survey the Italian holiday housing market. - I am solely responsible for the marketing, communication, administration, organization and service of “Cap’s house”, three B&B Holiday apartments in the city center of Ghent. - I engage customers in taking up ambassador roles (reviews, share experiences, ...) trough different social media channels, such as Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram, ... - Together with my colleagues I visit each home personally to offer the best service. - I make it my daily goal to provide a carefree holiday for CAP’s customers, and put a smile on their faces.
