• Overall strategic and budget responsibility for CSR and sustainability within the RNB group (Polarn O. Pyret, Brothers & Sisters, Departments and Stores, JC). • Code of Conduct enforcement for management of working conditions in the supply chain including negotiations, inspections and monitoring activities of factories. Experience from visiting more than 75 textile factories in Turkey, China, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Lithuania including; farming and entire production process of cotton, sewing factories, fabric mills, dye- & print houses and washing facilities. • Participation as company representative in national and international networks and working groups on sustainability issues. Including: Amfori (previously BSCI - Business Social Compliance Initiative) auditing working group and BSCI ad hoc database working group, Sweden Textile Water Initiative (STWI), Bangladesh Accord on Building and fire safety, Textile for Recycling (T4RI), and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). • Responsible for CSR communication including trainings, stakeholder dialogue, media communication and annual sustainability reporting. • Coordination of processes regarding certification of sustainable fibers and production (GOTS, Nordic Eco Label, Global Recycling Standard, animal welfare standards). • Assurance of compliance and monitoring of changes in legislation related to environment, sustainability and CSR relevant to the company. - On long-term leave for studies September 2015 – September 2019. - Part time work August - December 2016 for the production of the annual Sustainability Report. - Fulltime work December 2011 - August 2015.
