      • Jun 2012 - Dec 2012

Diverse consultancy role which successful delivered changes to their evaluation processes within South Asia livelihood programmes. As part of a team of two, following the current state assessment, strategic goals were realigned to ensure focus on ‘retention within employment’ and long-term positive impacts for People with Disabilities. Including process mapping, surveys, standardising master data and forms, building a database (VBA, SQL and XML), and training >50 individuals. Working day-to-day within the "Livelihood Resource Centre" in India gave me great exposure and empathy towards the real issues that people with disabilities face in developing countries. It was a huge learning curve, but I gained immense motivation from the positive feedback received whilst working on this project. Off I cycled to work every day, dodging rickshaws and potholes, but even after a late night in the office, I was smiling and ready to embrace new experiences.
