I had the pleasure of being direct manager for Camilla from May 2015 to September 2017, as Head of a Nordic Product Development and Management unit in Transaction Banking in Nordea, with app. 70 employees. Camilla had the role as Management Partner and Head of Management Support, including Risk Management, and was also a full member of the unit’s Management Team. Camilla showed excellent qualifications in all roles. She delivered strong results as strategic sparring partner and as project manager for strategy development and implementation, and for securing strong change management processes in organisational changes. Also she independently built up a Risk Management structure and processes in the unit, securing control of unit risks. Camilla has an extraordinary high capacity level and drive, she delivers with high quality, and always within deadlines.
