I had the pleasure of being direct manager for Camilla from May 2015 to September 2017, as Head of a Nordic Product Development and Management unit in Transaction Banking in Nordea, with app. 70 employees. Camilla had the role as Management Partner and Head of Management Support, including Risk Management, and was also a full member of the unit’s Management Team. Camilla showed excellent qualifications in all roles. She delivered strong results as strategic sparring partner and as project manager for strategy development and implementation, and for securing strong change management processes in organisational changes. Also she independently built up a Risk Management structure and processes in the unit, securing control of unit risks. Camilla has an extraordinary high capacity level and drive, she delivers with high quality, and always within deadlines. She has a strong ability to create analyses as basis for management decisions, keep overview of, and simplify, the most complex structures. She takes the lead and secures a constant focus on the target. As a person, she has a high level of integrity, is a strong communicator and brings high value as a strong motivator in team efforts, securing efficiency and deliveries. And on top of all this, Camilla has a fantastic personality, a good sense of humour, very often leading to a high laughter. I can only give Camilla my best recommendations – she can do what ever she decides to do.
