Altea Federation Challenge

Together with a team of 7 I was challenged by HNRG and Cloudif.ai on the project "Mixedverse approach: Loyalty Program, Customer Engagement and more". We developed a platform aimed at improving clients' engagement and loyalty of a wealth management institution, using both in-presence and online tools. We identified the key elements of the platform, performed a competition analysis, and an estimation of the key financials projections. Moreover, we leveraged on gamifications logics and tools as a mean to gain a competitive edge. For this project we won the 2nd place. Hackathon Project

In a group of 8 people we developed a platform aimed at solving one of the main switching barriers from fuel to electric vehicles: low batteries duration and long time spent charging the car. We created beFAST - a joint venture between Eni and Fastweb - pursuing the double objective of making the time spend waiting for the car to be fully charged and channeling the tourists influx to small Italian cities. It was an enriching, yet challenging, opportunity that allowed us to elaborate on Fastweb's vision of a green, innovative, and smart world. Show less
