As the Transition Program Coordinator, I worked with all high school students from grades 9-12, assisting and counseling them in preparation for their post-high school future - whether it's to move onto college, the military, entering a trade, or full time work. From volunteering, community service, life skill workshops and presentations, and internships, I strived to find opportunities for my students where they have the chance to gain useful on the job experience and life skills that will benefit their future.
