I really like Cam's leadership style because I find that not only does he have a vision and directive for his team, he's an excellent listener, is easy to brain storm ideas with, and is very open to taking the best ideas from the team and running with them. He understands the importance of getting a sales team to think about customer-centric selling and he knows how to practice what he preaches in his own selling style.
