Part of a small research team that is creating a toolkit for project development along the Southern stretch of the Los Angeles River Greenway. Analyzing successful project precedents, we provide information and recommendations to community leaders and organizations who want to create open spaces and mobility infrastructure for their own neighborhoods, which are not part of the joint City and Army Corps of Engineers’ $2 billion Revitalization Plan.
