Coordinate planning requirements for multiple sites. • Prepares and monitors master schedule by working with Production, Sales/Marketing and Supply Chain. • Responsible for internal customer contact in all areas relating to availability of product and resources, Sales Order changes, work order entry and scheduling, committed delivery dates, customer related research, capacity planning and answering questions. • Lead cross functional teams for process improvement projects. • Support all departments by providing excellent customer service and participating in meeting company goals and objectives with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams. • Be knowledgeable of customers' critical delivery requirements and advise management of such needs when they are jeopardized by delinquencies. • Proactively pursue the elimination of shortages that may impact production and shipments. • Analyzes demand and planning data; create ad-hoc reports. • Participates in new product planning. • Implements ECO activities as assigned, including re-work work orders. • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment, and demonstrated ability to work well with people inside the organization. The ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems, multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
