Developed reporting systems to deliver weekly performance metrics to our division presidents driven by our analytical data. The program has been incredibly successful, each of our 4 regional division offices has seen significantly increased profit margins in 2019 and 2020. • Led and executed the redesign and buildout of our corporate office in 2019 and continue to manage the facility’s maintenance for all of our Chicagoland offices. • Developed relationship with national rental developer to act as GC for a built-to-rent single family community. Served as chief estimator for all construction hard costs for the community.
