Created a learning management system-based training tool containing web-based training modules focused on building science, healthy-home best practices, jobsite safety, home energy performance and best building practices specific to our company’s value proposition. The LMS training program has the ability to analyze and track our employee’s performance while participating in the training modules. • Worked directly with our founder & CEO to launch a new program to evaluate all of the products we sell across the organization to determine precise profit margins and adjust sales prices accordingly to achieve increased profitability. Developed reporting systems to deliver weekly performance metrics to our division presidents driven by our analytical data. The program has been incredibly successful, each of our 4 regional division offices has seen significantly increased profit margins in 2019 and 2020. • Led and executed the redesign and buildout of our corporate office in 2019 and continue to manage the facility’s maintenance for all of our Chicagoland offices. • Developed relationship with national rental developer to act as GC for a built-to-rent single family community. Served as chief estimator for all construction hard costs for the community.
