Jeffrey Colman
I have been a Trustee at North Shore Country Day School for 15 years. Our efforts to build a diverse environment for our student and educate them as well as our selves in the issues involved in creating an open diverse community have been progressing, but not as well as we would like until we got Cameron involved. Cameron held the position of North Shore's Diversity Director as well as other positions, such as Assistant to the Headmaster, for 2 to 3 years. He was outstanding in his leadership in this area. He coached the school's faculty, administrative staff as well as our board members in this effort. He pushed us to do the right thing while being sensitive to all board perspectives involved. I can not say enough in my recommendation of Cameron as a Diversity Director or Diversity Consultant for private or public schools.

I worked with Cameron as I was a volunteer with the YMCA and as a team member of the Leadership Academy (he and the YMCA partnered with community organizations in creating it). Cameron is the consummate professional and did an outstanding job in leading the YMCA to accomplish many milestones that enhanced community involvement. We hated to see him move on.
