This has been adopted by CSC as a global strategic solution for Labs. • Worked closely with the architecture management office to develop key documents including HLD (High level Design), LTM (Logical Technology Model), PTM (Physical Technology Model) and WES (Warrantied Environment Specification). The WES has been approved as a best practice model by the Global Infrastructure Team. • Engaged customer users and functional specialists on design, using an agile methodology to ensure the products meet the requirements of a modern laboratory. • Delivered presentations for both internal leaders and customers in a sales support role, inspiring and influencing the strategic direction of products. • Seconded to CSC’s Brisbane office for a year, to help implement the labs product in the ANZ region.
