I was tasked with consolidating and relocating two offices in San Francisco – all within 6 months. We chose DTZ as a partner and we were very pleased with the approach they used while taking us through their process. Cameron was helping me to have all the details, documents and decisions under control. I was highly impressed by DTZ’s good understanding of the kind of office we were looking for, their knowledge of the market and creative options, the efficiency in managing the entire process from ‘A to Z’, their project management services. These project management services provided made our (especially mine) lives much easier and saved us a lot of time/money. In general Cameron’s support throughout the process from start to finish was extremely valuable. The DTZ team are terrific guys with an incredible patience, a great sense of humor and excellent integrity. I would definitely want to work with them again and would recommend them very highly to others looking for office space in San Francisco, or anywhere else in the world if you might have a need. Thank you Cameron.

Hughes Marino is a national industry-leading commercial real estate company that exclusively represents business owners, management teams and corporate real estate decision makers, in lieu of acting as a “dual agent.” Hughes Marino only represents tenants and owner-user buyers–never building owners or landlords–which eliminates conflicts of interest, hidden agendas and steering of outcomes that other commercial real estate firms grapple with. In addition to tenant and buyer representation, Hughes Marino provides a turnkey single point of accountability service through the entire real estate process. That includes space planning and design, workplace strategy, culture consulting, site selection, program/project construction management, and portfolio lease administration and advisory services as value for clients. Known for their core values and award-winning company culture, Hughes Marino has been recognized locally by Business Journals, Fortune Magazine, Entrepreneur and Inc. as a Best Workplace, and featured in team building and leadership books by best-selling authors.

The Dante Benedetti Foundation is dedicated to continuing the spirit and legacy of Dante Benedetti. Simply put, helping kids through the game of baseball. For nearly 40 years Dante was San Francisco's own Mr. Baseball to thousands of boys and young men. His kindness, generosity and occasional firm hand guided many a young boy away from trouble and back onto the road to becoming responsible adults. His legacy is seen today throughout our community as "Dante's boys" have become policeman, doctors, coaches, teachers, and businessmen.
