  Eligibility Team Lead: • After establishing a strong knowledge and expertise of the Eligibility Module, he moved into the team lead role. • Managed a team of up to 40 members including business analysts, developers, architects, and quality assurance. • Worked extremely close with the Eligibility business owners to triage issues, identify solutions and task out to the appropriate developers. • Was involved with Issuers, Call Center Representatives and all other parties on any highly visible and extremely critical issues for analysis and determining solutions. • Worked close with QSSI ACA testing team on providing test cases, correct test data, and accurate expected results on resolved issues.
