Eligibility Team Lead: • After establishing a strong knowledge and expertise of the Eligibility Module, he moved into the team lead role. • Managed a team of up to 40 members including business analysts, developers, architects, and quality assurance. • Worked extremely close with the Eligibility business owners to triage issues, identify solutions and task out to the appropriate developers. • Was involved with Issuers, Call Center Representatives and all other parties on any highly visible and extremely critical issues for analysis and determining solutions. • Worked close with QSSI ACA testing team on providing test cases, correct test data, and accurate expected results on resolved issues. Business Analyst: • Served as business analyst for the Eligibility Backwards/Forwards navigation team. On this team he served as lead on investigating and determining issues that were causing downstream effects when applicants were moving backwards and forwards throughout the application. Quality Assurance: • Worked on the Financial Management (FM) Module of the Federally Facilitated Marketplace as Quality Assurance, primarily on the UI. • Tested back-end services including FFM eligibility, Verifying Citizenship and Lawful Presence, Verifying Income, Residency Eligibility, and Medicaid/CHIP eligibility. • While serving as a back-end tester, he also served as the POC for all FFM integration with the Data Source Hub (DSH) with QSSI. • Worked as POC with data vendor, Mathematica on creating all test data that would be used for testing FFM. • Served as POC with all End-to-End testing with Federal inter-agencies. • Defined test cases and confirmed FFM eligibility results by completing test applications and inspecting the application XML documents. • Used MarkLogic Query Console, SOAP-UI, XML Marker to locate, download, and review FFM application documents.
