  I was tasked with analyzing the movement and storage of material within the two on-site and one off-site warehouses throughout the Materials Management Department. This included understanding the flow of material to and from other departments such as purchasing and manufacturing. All of this lead to a proposal of future plans as the company grows and space becomes more scarce for on-site storage.
