  Quadball is a fast-paced, full contact sport that involves team work and many tactics in order to win. Outside of tournaments and fixtures, I am a member of the committee. Being the UWE representative, I manage University-related admin and organise elections, Facebook events, meetings, and on-campus taster sessions.

• Research Intern for the Regional History Centre (RHC)

  Wrote a journal article on the post-war redevelopment of Broadmead for the Regional Historian. I developed my research skills by gathering and implementing primary evidence from regional and online archives into my work. Some databases and archives I used include the Bristol Archives, Know Your Place and the British Newspaper Archive. Made older articles more accessible to the public by publishing them online using WordPress. I also strengthened my ability to summarise large texts by writing abstracts for older, unpublished articles. Show less
