      • Working with a large group of contractors on a major refresh project run my Siemens and Clemtec, working 12-hour nights on 24/7 shift pattern. The project was to: • Strip the 444 and 450 trains removing seats, ceilings, carpets, and floors. Disconnect and remove redundant electrical system i.e lights, sockets, heaters, buffet panels. • All parts removed from train must be labeled and stored in correct places. • Fix any worn / damaged items i.e under floor conduits. • Install mcb panel in the electrical cupboard and upgrade the 240v transformer. • Terminate MCB panel and transformer; uprating cable sizes and contactors following electrical drawings and procedures. Identifying and crimping every cable. • Following drawings, delete and indent redundant cables for lights, sockets, cctv and door looms. • Install new looms for new 1st class doors, cctv, PIS, reading lights and sockets. • Work closely with mechanics to fit socket boxes and looms on the seating rails and wire overheads to tray above ceilings. • Terminate sockets using correct indents, crimps and fit faceplates. • Fit and Arrange lights using drawing so emergency functions work correctly.       • I have been subcontracting though an agency to Thermofisher where I have been completing PPMs and reactive work on all of there sight equipment like boilers, effluent systems and the production machinery. I have been working in a two-shift team working 6am-2pm and next week 2pm-10pm.
