  Assistant manager: August 2020 – Present date • Provide oversight and management for a group of 20+ individuals to support their career development and manage the aims and objectives of the company. • Engaged with senior management to support the progression of individuals under my command through clear lines of communication and reporting. • Planned and delivered complex training for over 50+ individuals to improve the capability of my company • Delivered training packages in the arctic circle under the most arduous of conditions to a group of 20+ individuals. I had to manage and mitigate large amounts of risk daily on these tasks and report to senior management throughout the work. • Managed numerous assets in my company and assisted with the restructuring of a cost-effective plan to prepare my company for operations all over the world. Vehicle asset management: June 2021 – December 2021 • I managed and led a project that involved getting a portfolio of over 30 vehicles to be at the highest of standards to then be used by my organisation to support their mission. • Completed and tracked various aspects of the project and reported daily to senior management until the project was completed. Airspace management: August 2018 – August 2020 • Contributed to a complex team working with multi-million-pound assets by co-ordinating their movements and providing cross communication between key stakeholders in an organisation aiming to achieve a common goal with hundreds of moving assets. • Organised and maintained essential equipment with a value over £2 million so that my company were able to achieve its main objectives in current and future taskings.
