Test batches of adhesives and activators and determine what chemicals to add to the batches to keep them within standard required specifications, or specialized ones for specific clients. Analyze incoming materials and log their COA’s to ensure that the feedstock is kept as constant as possible to produce the best product. · Use engineering problem solving to generate adjustments to production formulas in order to match expected changes based on feed material differences, streamlining the QC process of the material and cut down on time needed for additional adjustments.

I ran the Merritt Island and Orlando locations for Liberty Health Sciences, as well as, a delivery hub out of my Orlando store. This included all of the staff training, coming up with and implementing daily and weekly store procedures, creating schedules, approving or denying PTO, ordering supplies, hiring store staff members, and any other duties necessary to run the stores. I ran and and operated the lab used for blood and bodily fluid sample collection, processing, and containment. Processing samples typically involved using a centrifuge to separate out plasma from the blood and then properly transferring the separated plasma to its container and then storing it in the freezer until it is ready to be sent out. The last part of sample handling was packaging the collected samples and processed fluids into approved containers and then sending these to offsite storage locations and other labs for further analysis. In addition, I also reconstituted the antibodies for use in one of the currently active drug trials.

Team lead 2 Manager is in charge of the store when the store manager, and assistant store manager are not scheduled, as well as the sales, customer service, merchandise, store security, and safe/Till report and counting (back office duties). During my time with tractor I helped pull the store out of an 8 month drought of no sales bonus prior to me joining their team. Became the employee of the month second month in and carried them into a second month of receiving the sales bonus before having to relocate because of the hurricane. I look forward to once again becoming a manager for either a retailer or chemical engineering company in the future.
