When needed in the office, I answer the phone lines to assist customers with plant questions, entering them into our database, or directing their call to another part of the nursery/office. I set up meetings with prospective clients to discuss any landscaping problems that they may have. Estimates and design plans are given to the client prepared by myself as solutions to their landscape problems. Once given a start date for the project, I arrive to the job site with the foreman and crew workers to walk them through the project and ensure everything gets dealt with. Once the job is complete, I check back in the with client to make sure all problems were solved and that they are enjoying the new renovations to their landscape.
