  Effectively contributes to the unit by completing all requests made by physicians and nurses. Proactively monitors the unit to maintain organization by keeping the unit stocked with adequate supplies, as well as making sure all equipment is working properly. Promptly answers the phone in order to provide the best customer service by filtering phone calls and transferring them accordingly. Assists guest in helping them get to their designated location while still maintaining customer confidence and following HIPPA guidelines. Effectively problem solves for co-workers and customers.
