I was brought on as a manager to work high end and priority events; my key responsibilities are to check and ensure all needed equipment is loading and secured onto the work truck, be in constant communication with the client and delegate tasks and projects to staff members through out the night to make for a successful event. This position requires flexibility and quick problem solving as we are a mobile company. We work at different venues or parties all through out the city. My main responsibilities here while working as a front server and bartender was learning how to manageguest requests and VIPs alongside my normal day-to-day sidework, while also being timely and knowledgeable in an extremely fast paced environment. Maintaining a high level of service that is unique to Fnb due to a very small seating capacity, but is known as one of the best in the city. WIne and food knowledge is imperative in dealing with an ever changing menu. We are expected to learn as much about wine as a certified Sommelier would.

    • In Room Dining Captain
      • May 2017 - Jun 2018

After serving for a short few months, I was quickly promoted to a supervisor within the same department. My main responsibilities were managing orders for the In Room Dining service, organizing servers to keep up on daily side work and maintaining the same level of Five Diamond standard.

Delivering orders within a given delivery time and serving the guests in a way that would uphold our Five Diamond rating. This would include setting up a fine dining table set up in the room and checking food and order to ensure the quality is also up to standard.

Making recipes to spec as well as learning the production process in an all scratch bakery. I also delver our products, i.e. breads, desserts, and pastries to our affiliated restaurants around the city. Here I learned how to put our guests firsts and to anticipate their needs. Shortlyafter starting in 2011, I was promoted to be a Designated Trainer. I thenwent on to train most of my department as well as cross training in others. I left the company to pursue others opportunities. After my return to the company in 2014, I was given the opportunity toopen a new restaurant in Santa Monica, California. It was a fantasticlearning experience on how to manage and delegate work, while alsobuilding relationships with employees and fellow trainers.

My main responsibility was to log cars coming into the dealership forrepairs and service. After service was completed we would then wash, clean and detail the cars before returning them to the customer. This jobtaught me how to be detail oriented as well as staying keeping cleanwithout compromising efficiency. My main responsibility was to log cars coming into the dealership forrepairs and service.
