You hear it time and time again: there’s no tougher job than that of a frontline sales leader. They sit at the intersection of executive strategy and rep-level sales tactics, and their ability to fill the operational gap in between can make or break an entire team. Cameron takes that challenge on with pride and executes with relentless and positive energy. He can toggle upward to strategy and big-picture organizational planning and downward to deal by deal data, getting into the customer conversations to help his team wherever needed. I had the honor of working with Cameron, first when he was a direct seller, and later promoted him to frontline manager. Cameron is willing to stretch and hustle, both learning future skills while simultaneously crushing his day job. While still selling magnificently as an IC, he coached junior team members to successful deal outcomes and played a pivotal role in new rep onboarding as well. Later, as an official frontline leader, he put intentional effort into building trust with his team and identifying immediate opportunities where he could have the biggest impact. Any executive sales leader would be fortunate to have Cameron as their deputy, as he was someone I always knew I could count on. That said, he will be pulled into VP and exec leadership roles himself in short order, where he can continual his impactful coaching and leadership. I would gladly recommend Cameron to any organization needing a sales leader they can count on!

Cameron was an exceptional leader and mentor. I had the pleasure of reporting to him for almost a year, he was always accessible and provided the guidance and support for me to succeed. Cameron led with empathy which is admirable. Every time I had a question he used it as an opportunity to make sure it was a learning moment. He took pride in his work, being the best we could be and pushing me to grow and believe in myself, motivating me to work hard, be the best teammate I could, and challenging me to bring out the best version of myself. I would highly recommend him as a leader of any Sales org and overall great colleague.
