Class 318 Time Based Overhaul (TBO) Programme - Project Engineer Description Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the Class 318 TBO programme. Creating accurate project specifications. Designing engineering experiments. Creating technical reports for customers. TBO Process design and improvement. Achievements Delivery and management of the Engineering Change process for the TBO programme. Produced technical specifications and reports for all Class 318 structural and non structural corrosion repairs. Managed the corrosion repair process for the full TBO programme, ensuring conformance and best practise. TBO quality, performance and reliability management Designed a data collection process to facilitate improvement an improvement product quality. Implementation of the DMAIC process. Led a tri party performance and reliability forum to identify Class 318 reliability improvement opportunities. Created and analysed quality defect datasets to identify areas of process improvement.
