As the Assistant Manager of the Blues Super 12 rugby team I played a critical role in the team's success during the 2003-2004 season. In this position, I worked closely with the Manager and Coaches to ensure that all off-field set ups were conducted smoothly and efficiently. This included everything from equipment management to on-field support during matches. One of my key responsibilities as Assistant Manager was to assist with logistics. This involved overseeing gear and passport control for the players, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for the team. Ensuring that all players had the necessary equipment and documentation was critical for their success both on and off the field, and I took this responsibility very seriously. In addition to logistical support, I also played a role in overseeing player nutrition. This involved working with the team's nutritionist to develop meal plans that would support the players' physical performance and overall health. I worked closely with the players to ensure that they had access to healthy and nutritious meals, and that their dietary needs were being met throughout the season. Show less
