  #Supported PCCG China GM, in charge of the R&D operation of PCCG in China. Managed the communication with US on projects prioritization, resource allocation and budget control. Managed the communication with India and Israel on projects collaboration, managed the communication with PRC sales & marketing team on strategic support to local OEM/ODM and resource allocation. Kept weekly communication with US and other GEO R&D like India and Israel. #Managed Intel Sensor Hub Solution Delivery Center. The center had 30+ engineers to provide product delivery and customer support of Intel Sensor Hub Solution to worldwide customers by Offshore Development Center model. Led the joint team from purchase, finance, IT and US customer service teams to complete the candidates recruiting, filtering, review and business negotiation. Led the ODC to build the support process, knowledge base management and KPI review process. Introduced the ODC model to PCCG worldwide and supported US team to build the BIOS delivery center leveraging the same model. #Managed 3 labs, about 9,000 sqft, which supports 100+ engineers.
