  Provide strategic direction and administration of student financial aid programs through the effective implementation, development, and management of software. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the features of centrally-supported products and how they integrate with Banner, identity management systems, and other enterprise applications, including tracking internal and external user lists, coordinating vendor support, and working closely with other IT staff. Work closely with users to insure that deployed applications are working properly. Work closely with users to insure that deployed applications are working properly.
