It has been a pleasure working with Calvin this summer. He exceeded my expectations for a summer analyst by way of professionalism, industry knowledge, adaptability, and quality delivery! Calvin quickly became an incredibly valuable member of our innovation engine, conducting discovery for emerging technology and contributing to research + development of various proof of concepts including artificial intelligence, machine learning, supply chain, and predictive analytics. Calvin spear-headed the delivery of complex deliverables, adapted materials based on client feedback, and became well-versed in technical architecture that provides value to the business. Calvin was capable of balancing engagement with multiple business groups and specialty teams, and always brought a captivating, warm energy to every room he entered (both virtual and real). I admire Calvin's enthusiasm to learn, and was deeply impressed by his ability to complete a 12-course technology quotient and receive a certificate in Data Analytics from Northwestern University during his time at Accenture. Calvin is a natural leader, quick learner, and great teammate. I look forward to working with Calvin again soon!

Calvin was a college summer intern at Docker the summer of 2021. Calvin really impressed me by coming in and embracing the opportunity, and startup messiness, to make a substantial impact on our business. Calvin's internship was marked by his work being well thought out, impactful, and delivered in a confident and consistent way. Along with day to day activities helping Docker communicate with our millions of developers through social media, Calvin used data and stakeholder interviews to craft strategic recommendations for optimizations that we are currently implementing. Beyond this, Calvin brought an incredible attitude to the internship, asking smart questions, willing to pitch in as necessary, and effectively navigating the ambiguity and pace found in a startup company.
