• Operate Business Service Level Agreement criteria for the Shell Integration Services portfolio, which includes >20,000 ERP batch-processing jobs and >5000 Middleware integration solutions developed with MS Biztalk, SSIS & SSRS, INFORMATICA, as well as Vandyke FileMover technologies.• Led the transition of Application Support Services for Shell Integration Services Portfolio to new IT Service Provider (i.e. IBM to Wipro) between April till September 2015. The transition to new IT supplier resulted in improved service delivery performance and up to 50% savings in Managed Service cost for Shell.• Led the SSIS Landscape Virtualization Project for Shell in 2014, and managed the migration of the SSIS landscape from physical hardware into virtual servers using VMware P2V migration. The project resulted in >USD100 thousand savings/year in hosting costs, shortened the turn-around time during DR failover to <1 hour, and enables the capability to dynamically adjust capacity to meet changing workload demands.• Oversaw the setting up of the next generation SSIS2012 Landscape for Shell in 2015, and subsequently managed the migration of >5000 ETL interface solutions from the legacy SSIS2005 onto the new Landscape via agile change management approach.• Led the Storage Cost Improvement initiative through cleaning-up file systems storage, as well as DB storage for SSIS, DHT and DDF SQL Server Databases, and subsequently migrate the underlying storage into smaller mount points. The initiative resulted in tens of thousands of savings on storage consumption cost.
