Project Manager
-
Feb 2018 - Nov 2018
My role as Project Manager for Rose Project Management covers construction projects ranging from £1,000,000 - £10,000,000 in budget through RIBA stages 0 - 7. The projects are often public facing and vary in terms of ownership between the private and public sector clients. This has enabled me to experience a wide range of construction procurement and contract routes having experience in most standard form contract styles. The projects I have experienced range from the Bereavement to Heritage sectors incorporating new build and refurbishment developments.

Group Property Coordinator
-
Feb 2014 - Sep 2015
Working directly with the Property Manager up until his departure in Q4 2015, my role consisted of, but not limited to property acquisitions, real estate improvements, construction projects and lease negotiations. Until the service was insourced to provide cost savings, my role also covered handling the outsourced Facilities Management contact by ensuring the service is monitored and adapted to an ever changing working environment. Managing various projects up to the value of seven figures has allowed me to develop skills and respected experience in planning, budgeting and managing which allows me to approach challenging situations with calm and knowhow. In order to progress my skill-set and mature within the role I enrolled in secondments with Young & Company (Chartered Surveying) alongside studying towards an MSc in Construction Project Management.
