  Designed and facilitated a series of workshops to gain insight into issues with the client's current workplace and gather participant ideas on how to improve these. This human-centred consultation was Nomad's first international client and one of Europe's largest institutions. The resulting potential projects were well received by participants and at boardroom level and is now in the implementation phase.
